On April 3, 2025, students of AMBIS University had the opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at Garden Gourmet by Nestlé Professional and learn how the company applies sustainability principles. The presentation also included a tasting of Garden Gourmet products.
As part of the event, students were also introduced to bilingual study materials in the field of gastronomy, developed by AMBIS University for the Erasmus+ project Innovative Education in Gastronomy to Support the Sustainability of Food Systems (InGUPS), project number 2022-1-SK01-KA220-HED-000087766.
