Presentation of Project Results During a Student Lecture

On February 27, 2025, the results of the Erasmus+ project Innovative Education in Gastronomy to Support the Sustainability of Food Systems (InGUPS), project number 2022-1-SK01-KA220-HED-000087766, co-funded by the European Union, were presented to students of AMBIS University. The lecture introduced key project outputs, including bilingual educational materials focused on sustainable gastronomy, culinary techniques, and the role of gastronomy in regional development.
