Project Presentation During Open Day

On February 14, 2024, the Erasmus+ project Innovative Education in Gastronomy to Support the Sustainability of Food Systems (InGUPS), project number 2022-1-SK01-KA220-HED-000087766, co-funded by the European Union, was presented as part of AMBIS University’s Open Day.
Visitors had the opportunity to learn about the project’s goals, including the development of bilingual educational materials focused on sustainable gastronomy, modern culinary techniques, and the role of gastronomy in local development. The presentation emphasized the project’s commitment to sustainability and inclusive education.
