On November 8, 2023, the Institute of Knowledge-Based Agriculture and Innovation in Nitra hosted a professional seminar entitled "FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY: CURRENT TRENDS IN FOOD MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL SYSTEMS" was held at the Institute of Knowledge-Based Agriculture and Innovation in Nitra. It was organized by the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra, specifically the Institute of Food Sciences. Despite the break due to anti-pandemic measures, the seminar was attended by almost 84 participants from the field and almost 60 students from secondary schools and the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra.
The event provided information on the Erasmus+ ERASMUS+ 2022-1-SK01-KA220-HED-000087766 INGUPS project, which aims to prepare new international study materials in the field of food science and gastronomy.
