On April 3, 2025, students of AMBIS University attended a presentation of the results of the Erasmus+ project Innovative Education in Gastronomy to Support the Sustainability of Food Systems (InGUPS), project number 2022-1-SK01-KA220-HED-000087766, co-funded by the European Union.
The local project coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Alžbeta Kiráľová, presented bilingual study materials to students covering topics such as gastronomy, food technologies and culinary techniques, enogastronomy, the impact of gastronomy on rural development, and the marketing of local food products.
During the break, students also had the opportunity to taste samples prepared using selected culinary techniques showcased in the project.
